An extremely rare WW1 Imperial Tank badge, a fine period piece in excellent condition. Heavy quality backed badge by Karl Pollath with correct sweat hole under the hinge assembly, minimal wear to detail, correct pin and hook, and nicely marked with 'Karl Pollath, Sohrobenhausen, silber'. A very scarce badge in excellent condition.

WW1 Imperial German Air Gunners Badge in excellent condition, hollow with flat back plate and tapered pin, unmarked ~ no manufacturers detail or silver content. This is a scarce badge.

WW1 Imperial Navy Zeppelin Airshipmens badge in excellent condition retaining good detail, flat back and tapered pin, all patina is consistent, back is maker marked with the logo of Wilhelm Deumer. Not actually a WW1 badge, no aircrew were issued any badges during the war, these badges were issued in late 1920 as commemorative badges for airshipmen, the navy version had the imperial crown mounted above the badge. A very nice badge.

A nice WW1 German Observer's badge in solid silver, very heavy at 39gms, has a nice wear and patina to it, pin looks to have been replaced with a much more substantial pin which has a broadness and taper to it, the back is maker marked, difficult to make out the first letter - appears to be '? & S' - a nice badge. Price reflects a 'replaced pin'.

WW1 Zeppelin funding badge, a scarce original badge given for donations towards the promotion and development of the Zeppelin industry circ 1920-30s, nice embroided cloth badge showing a Zeppelin and the words 'Zeppelin Eckener Spende', still clean and rich in colour within a fire gilded frame and backing plate, pin intact, approx size is 40mm height by 30mm width, a fine example of this badge.

A fine pair of shoulder boards to an WW1 enlisted man, other ranks, to the 68th Regiment/Brigade Staff. Cream with red scroll '68' woven numerals in the centre and tunic wool backing. Boards are sow in type, have never been used and are in excellent condition with no mothing at all. Scarce in such fine condition.

A fine pair of shoulder boards to an WW1 Leutnant, of the 33rd Artillery Regiment. Leutnant tops with metal '33' numerals and grenade in the centre, boards are on red backing. Boards are slip-on type, have been used though are in excellent condition, one board has a couple of tiny moth nips to the underside whilst the other has a nip to the red backing where it joins the shoulder board, nether of which detract from the boards as a whole. A scarce pair of shoulder boards.

A fine pair of shoulder boards to a Prussian Oberleutnant, of the 1st Magdesburger Regiment Furst Leopold v Sachsen-Anhalt Infantry Regiment 26. Oberleutnant wire tops with gilt metal '26' numerals and pip in the centre mounted on blue backing. Boards are sow in type, have been used though are in excellent condition with no mothing at all. Scarce in such fine condition.
