An Imperial German 1884/98 model bayonet with steel scabbard. Maker marked 'Odeon' plus stamped on the blade back with the crown and number but difficult to read. Original wooden grips, nice blade though a number of water marks which may polish out when cleaned. Steel scabbard with surface wear and the usual marks for a bayonet over aa 100 years old, overall a fine bayonet that will come up lovely once cleaned.
