A4 size award document for the War Merit Cross, dated January 1944 with the printed signature of Adolf Hitler, nice impressive award document with large political eagle at the top of the document and further complimented by a large impressed eagle within a wreath. There is a second signature belonging to Otto Meissner, the head of the Reich Party Office. Worthy of more research.
