A scarce Kriegsmarine belt with the 'Guard Service' varient belt buckle in excellent condition, buckle is crisp of detail with minimal signs of wear, retaining 90% plus of the gilt finish. Maker marked 'CDT 42'. A very scarce belt buckle in this condition, especially retaining its original issue leather belt. Belt has the black outer and light brown inner face, belt is size marked '95' and maker marked 'Ct' - at the hook end belt is also numbered. Guard Service buckles are extremely rare as they were not on general issue being issued only to those men and senior NCOs undertaking Guard Service Duty.
